The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent made a submission that a registered letter was sent to the second respondent and the same was returned with an endorsement "Party expired returned to sender".

instructions for taking steps, the case is unable to be proceeded with.

3. Under these circumstances, the writ petition stands abated. However, it is made clear that the legal heirs of the second respondent are at liberty to restore the writ petition by filing appropriate petition within a reasonable time. No costs.
