Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents forbearing the third respondent herein from plying the vehicles namely, (i) TN-33 N/1572, (ii) TN-33 N/1709, (iii) TN-33 N/1708, (iv) TN-33 N/1055 which are covering the petitioner's entire sector Dharapuram to Erode (via) Sangakarandampalayam, Vellakovil, Muthur, Moolapalayam 4 road, Moolapalayam, Villakathi, Elumathur and Modakurichi without obtaining the permit and without convening the fixation of timings by the first and second respondents herein without giving an opportunity to the sector operators including the petitioner herein.
