W.M.P.No.2629 of 2024 in W.P.No.3713 of 2017 BATTU DEVANAND. J, This petition is filed to grant extension of time for 12 weeks to comply with the orders of this Court dated 08.08.2023.

2. In fact, this petition was not found in the case records on the last occasion. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to verify the same and put up it in the case records by next date of hearing. Accordingly, this petition is listed today.

3. Though this petition is not ordered till now, already more than 16 weeks time is elapsed. As such, in our view, there is no justification in considering this petition at this stage.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
