This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner(s) in Crl.O.P.No.28047 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner(s) has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28047 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week viz., on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 05-02-2025 vca To, The Inspector of Police Nangavalli Police Station, Salem District, Crime No.190 of 2024.
