The learned counsel for the writ petitioner/management made a submission that the first respondent/workman passed away during the year 2016 and thereafter, the dues were settled in favour of the wife of the deceased workman.

2. In view of the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs.
