O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the second respondent died after the filing of the Writ Petition and has not left behind any legal heirs to be brought on record. He has also made an endorsement dated 28.06.2022 in the case bundle.

2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated and it is clarified that the petitioner shall not be precluded from applying for its revival in the manner recognized by law if any person stepping into the shoes of the respondent seeks to enforce the award impugned in this Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
