This writ petition was filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from disturbing the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner on the subject property.

2.Heard Dr.G.Krishnamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.M.Ravindranath Jeyapal, learned Standing Counsel for R2 and Mr.R.Kumaravel, learned Additional Government Pleader for R3 to R6. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner filed a suit for the similar relief in O.S.No.356 of 2007 and this suit was "dismissed for default" on 23.01.2015. 4.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this writ petition and

accordingly, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
