This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 680 days in preferring the petition to permit the legal heir of the deceased appellant to continue the appeal in Crl.A.No.662 of 2016.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 680 days in filing the leave petition is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Criminal Appeal No.662 of 2016.
