PRAYER: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Board to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2019 and consequently direct the respondent Board to allot Residential Flats to the petitioner's members in "Central Government Prathana Manthiri Avesa Yosana Thittam" at Katpada part, Kathivakkam Salai, Chennai.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
