Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the order of the 2nd respondent's award passed in I.D.No.569 of 2001 by an order dated 04.03.2003 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to re-instate the petitioner as helper with the all attendant benefits.
