The petitioner/A3 in Crime No.217 of 2023, registered by the respondent for the offences under Sections 363, 366 & 366(A) of IPC, seeks bail. The petitioner had been remanded to custody on 26.11.2023. 2.It is stated that originally, FIR was registered as 'girl missing' and later, it was altered to Sections 363, 366 & 366(A) of IPC. The missing girl is the minor and she has not yet been secured.

3.In view of that particular fact, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
