Comp.A.No.175 of 2012 in C.P.No.204 of 1996 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to take cognizance of the offence committed by the accused under Section 454(5A) of the Companies Act, 1956, for non-filing of Statement of Affairs with the Official Liquidator and impose the maximum punishment as laid down under Section 454(5) of the said Act and also to direct the accused to file the Statement of Affairs with the Official Liquidator.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he had not received any instructions from his client.

3. The learned Official Liquidator would submit that as per the order passed by this Court dated 29.03.2019, the CompanyM/s.Montari Leather Limited was dissolved and the Official Liquidator is discharged and hence, nothing survives in this application.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Official Liquidator, this application is closed.
