Crl.M.P.No. 1910 of 2022 in CRL. O.P. No.19693 of 2018 M.DHANDAPANI,J This petition is filed to modify the condition for deposit of Rs.10 Lakhs as per the order dated 21.08.2018 passed in Crl.OP.No.19693/2018. The said condition is extracted hereunder:

"a. The petitioners together shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.256 of 2018 without prejudice to the defence and only on such deposit the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties. On such deposit, the learned Magistrate shall disburse the same to the defacto complainant within a period of two weeks."

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, she is unable to mobilise the fund and deposit the amount as imposed on the petitioner by this Court. Hence, the learned counsel prays to modify the condition. 3.In view of the backdrop, the earlier condition imposed by this Court is on the basis of the petitioners' instructions and her own volition.
