PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in proceeding Memorandum No:82895/A7/A72/2003-1 dated 09.10.2003 before the First Respondent and to quash the same and to permit the applicant to raise money by selling the property or by mortgaging the said property.
