The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.22777 of 2021 in Crl.M.P.No.2519 of 2019 dated 21.10.2021 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Chennai, under Section 17 of the Securitisation & Reconstruction of Financial Asset & Enforcement https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'SARFAESI'). The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

3.It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in accordance with law.
