Alleging that certain irregularities are taking place continuously, including failure to conduct meetings, a detailed representation was given by the petitioner to the respondent No. 1 on 13.07.2015 requiring appropriate action to be taken in this regard. In the said representation, certain allegations have also been made by the petitioner including https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

falsifaction of records. Seeking to expedite the adjudication of the representation, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

3. Considering the pendency of the complaint made by the petitioner dated 30.11.2015 before the respondent No. 1 who is the Inspector of Panchayats, the said authority is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending complaint of the petitioner dated 30.11.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondent No. 4.

4. With the above direction the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
