This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and consider the petitioner's bail application in Crl.O.P.No.32594 of 2022 order dated 03.01.2023.

2. Having satisfied with the reason stated in the petition that, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not well and therefore, he could not comply with the condition, three weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32594 of 2022 order dated 03.01.2023.
