ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the award of the Labour Court passed in I.D.No.266 of 2000, dated 29.06.2006.

2. On 05.09.2024 itself, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that they did not get any instructions from the petitioner.

3. Today, a memo is also filed to the said effect duly enclosing a registered letter they sent and that the notice was also served on the petitioner management. The same was also returned with an endorsement 'locked'.

4. In view thereof, the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, that he has got no instructions from the petitioner, is 2/4

accepted. No other Counsel represents the petitioner Company. None, on behalf of the petitioner Company, is also present in person.

5. This Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
