This application has been filed to issue subpoena only to produce Original VCD, which is material object in RPR No.51 of 2019, dated 30.04.2019, in connection with FIR in Crime No.215 of 2019 in STC No.1461 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Bodinayakkanur, in sealed cover through authorized person and to return the same after completion of trial in Election Petition No.4 of 2019.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

3.Therefore, this petition is ordered.

The authorized person shall produce the document on 21.02.2023 at 03.30 p.m.
