2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and further investigation is completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.31612 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on all hearing dates, without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
