Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to quash the Award dated 14.10.2003 passed by the 2nd Respondent in I.D.No.168 of 1988.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.11.2020, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, no instruction has been received from the Petitioner for the past several years, and to get final instructions, he sought adjournment. At his request, the matter was adjourned by two weeks. Again, on 08.12.2020, at the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the matter stood adjourned by another two weeks. Even today, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the Petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
