O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4421 of 2015, dated 26.06.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Dharmapuri, thereby allowing the petition to condone the delay of 177 days in filing the complaint.

2.Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner pointed out that several discrepancies were found in the order passed by the Trial Court to condone the delay of 177 days in filing the complaint. However, all the points raised by the petitioner can be considered while the main complaint is taken on file. 3.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
