ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the award in I.D.No.90/96 dated 20.11.2000.

2. As per the records many efforts have been made to serve the notice on the first respondent but even after the lapse of 19 years, notice could not be served. As per the orders of this Court dated 11.07.2023, paper publication has also been effected on 25.07.2023 and the petitioner has taken all the efforts to serve the notice to the first respondent. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has sent his junior colleague to serve the notice on the first respondent, even then, he could not serve the notice on the first respondent as the respondent was not staying in the known address. Learned counsel for the petitioner has urged this Court to dismiss the petition for time being.

3. In view of the above, there is no other option except to dismiss this petition. If the petitioner could able to trace out the address of the first respondent, he is at liberty to move, appropriate application before the 2/4

Court, to revive the writ petition.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
