This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 397 days in filing the set aside application and restore the above Writ petition.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay of 397 days in filing the restoration petition is condoned and this petition is ordered.

The Order dated 26.11.2018, dismissing the Writ Petition for non prosecution is set aside and the Writ Petition is restored on file.
