The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more and no further instruction could be received from the legal heir and in fact, they could not be contacted. 2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution by the legal heir of the deceased petitioner with a liberty to restore this writ petition in future, if the legal heir of the deceased petitioner desirous to do.
