ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 877 days in representing the appeal in AS Sr.No.104980 of 2023. The counsel himself has filed an affidavit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that at the time of filing the appeal, the case bundles were misplaced while shifting the office premises. Therefore, there is a delay of 877 days in representing the appeal.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause explaining the delay and I am inclined to condone the delay in representing the appeal.

4. In view of the above, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
