This petition has been filed to call for the records pending on the file of respondent police namely Inspector of Police, N2 Kasimedu Police Station in Crime No.138/2018 and to quash the criminal proceeding.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.138 of 2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdiction Magistrate Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
