Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition so as to approach the appellate authority against the impugned order and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Joint Commissioner/first respondent herein by filing an appeal against the impugned order dated 10.03.2018. No costs.
