This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 178 days in filing the set-aside abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, Boolagam ammal.

2.The learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
