The limited prayer sought for in the revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of HMOP.No.23 of 2017 within the stipulated period.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the counter has been filed.

3. Since the HMOP is of the year 2017, there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Puducherry to dispose the HMOP.No.23 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
