O R D E R

(Made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.11.2017 made in W.P.No.9300 of 2011.

2. In compliance of the operative portion in paragraph 5 of the order dated 02.11.2017 made in W.P.No.9300 of 2011, pending numbering of the contempt petition, an order has been passed on 27.6.2018 constituting a Committee. The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded that the order has been complied with. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to them to agitate or challenge the recommendation of the Committee.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
