Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey the petitioner's land site bearing Survey No.733/1A, Door No.412 admeasuring about 1569 sq.feet at Boganamballi Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2018. 3. The petitioners seek for Mandamus directing the respondent to survey their land bearing Survey No.733/1A, Door No.412, measuring an extent about 1569 sq.feet at Boganamballi Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering their representation dated 10.12.2018.

4. The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondent so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 10.12.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
