Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing to all respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2013 for erection of more transformers for good supply of Electricity to the petitioner's house.

O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2013 for erection of more transformers for good supply of Electricity to the petitioner's house.
2. Erection of transformers are to be made on need basis and by assessing the electricity load in that particular area. It is the decision to be taken by the competent authorities based on the technical assessment.

3. However, High Court cannot issue any directions to the respondents, to erect more number of transformers for good supply. Requirements of transformers and its installation are to be assessed by the expert engineers and such process cannot be considered by this Court in a writ proceedings.
4. However, if any grievances exists for the petitioner regarding power supply, then the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal.
5. With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
