R1- Labour Court COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the separate impugned orders passed by the 1st respondent dated 30.09.2003, whereby the petitioner Management was directed to reinstate the 2nd respondent in all the Writ Petitions with continuity of service and other benefits, but, without backwages.
2.On perusal of records would go to show that the petitioner Management has not taken steps to serve notice on the 2nd respondent. 3..Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel Page No.3/5
appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner Management had absorbed the 2nd respondent in all the Writ Petitions on 18.06.2016 as Field Assistant as per B.P.No.17. In support of his contention, he produced a memo dated 04.02.2023.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the fact that a memo dated 04.02.2023 has also been filed before this Court, the Writ Petitions stands dismissed.
