2. Prayer is made that the proposed new TASMAC shop 4074, No.26, Railway Station, Pallavaram, Chennai 43, should not be opened.

3. The writ petition is filed in the year 2019. Moreover, the petitioner has a right to raise an objection, which has to be considered by the authorities. If the permission is already granted, still, remedy is available under the Tamil Nadu Liquor Retail Vending (In Shops and Bars) Rules, 2003 to file an objection/appeal with the District Collector.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
