ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 and 5, to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 16.01.2020. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had submitted an application seeking for appointment as Night watchman. The 5th respondent had sent a communication dated 24.12.2019, calling upon the petitioner to appear for the interview. The petitioner also attended the interview on 03.01.2020. Thereafter, nothing was heard and therefore, the petitioner had given a representation on 16.01.2020. Since there was no response from the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 16.01.2020 and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
