registered for the offences punishable under Section 194 BNSS alter to Sections 115(2) and 108 of Bharathia Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that as on date, the petitioner herein is not arrayed as an accused in FIR in Crime No.226 of 2024.
