The present petition has been filed to call for the records of the C.C.No.27 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Harur, Dharmapuri District and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would contend that out of 43 witnesses, 27 witnesses have already been examined and the matter stands posted for examination of the remaining witnesses. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
