The petitioner filed by the Writ Petition seeking to quash records relating to the order of the 2nd respondent in Lr.No.9290/A3/2003 dated 17.02.2003.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that presently action has been taken to avoid traffic on account of re-opening of Palanganatham bus stand and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
