This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register an F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint dated 22.08.2018 submitted by the petitioner and to file a final report.

3.The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.08.2018, an F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2019 by the 2nd respondent Police. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), the prayer sought for in this Writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is Closed. No costs.
