Mr.K.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has submitted that the electricity supply has already been restored and with regard to levy, which according to him is without any notice, he seeks to file an appeal before the competent authority, ie., the second respondent herein.

2.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on filing such appeal, the same shall be admitted by the authority without raising the issue as regards limitation, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and decide the matter on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
