The prayer made in this writ petition is to forbear the 4th Respondent from demanding and receiving fees over and above the fees fixed by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings dated 31.01.2012 and also in accordance with the direction issued by them and for consequential relief.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
