Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to No.G-1/M/37521/IN, dated 04.04.2006 issued by the 3rd respondent followed by the proceedings, dated 01.06.2006 and 04.09.2006 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give family pension to the petitioner in addition to the family pension from the 5th respondent.

Ms.G.Priyadharshini, learned Counsel representing Mr.K.Sukumaran, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration and thus, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to the above effect on the print out of the case status record.
