This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.10.2020 submitted by the petitioner seeking removal of chicken waste and a 150 feet bore well in Thilaivilagam Kilagarai, Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk,

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner submitted a representation in the year 2020. After a period of five years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on a fresh cause of action.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
