The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to order bearing No.Se.Mu.Na.Ka.no.613/04 dated 25.1.05 by the 1st respondent and order bearing Na.Ka.No.1107/A/2008 dated 5.6.2008 of the III respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential attendance benefits including back wages from the date of termination till the date of reinstatement.
