Prayer :- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order No.Div.III/I/6/2007/dt.17.07.2008 passed by the 1st respondent suspending the membership of the petitioner from the 2nd respondent exchange for a period of three years and quash the same.

This writ petition was filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent on 17.07.2008 wherein the membership of the petitioner from the 2nd respondent exchange was suspended for a period of three years.

2. It is seen from records that no interim orders were passed in this writ petition at the time of admission and the three years period of suspension is also over.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
