ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he worked as Senior Executive, TAFE Power Source Division for the past 20 years and one N.Rathnakumar, Associate Vice President, Mr.S.Saravana Kumar, General Manager and Ms.Nancy, Deputy Manager (HR) had confined the petitioner and obtained forcible resignation letter from him on 25.08.2021 for the allegation * illegally to achieve the object of employing their relatives, and thereafter he sent a letter to the said persons requesting for withdrawal of his resignation letter dated 25.08.2021 and also sent another letter to the Chairperson and Managing Director of TAFE on 14.09.2021 and since no action was taken, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the First Respondent on 25.09.2021 and the same was forwarded to the second respondent. Since, no action has been taken by the second respondent, the petitioner has come forward with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.09.2021 was received through post and the matter pertains to service dispute. He further submitted that for ascertaining the veracity of the complaint, the appearance of the petitioner is very much required.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner will appear before the respondent police on 15.02.2022.

5. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 15.02.2022 along with necessary documents and thereafter the second respondent shall conduct enquiry and complete the same, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
