This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the 3rd respondent dated 19.11.2007 as published in the official website of the 2nd respondent and the consequential selection of the 4th respondent to the post of Lecturer in Music in
Government Arts and Science Colleges of Education and the consequential order dated 28.11.2007 stating the petitioner as ineligible and to quash the same and direct the respondents 2 and 3 to select and appoint the petitioner as lecturer in music in any one of the Arts and Science Colleges of Education. When the writ petition was filed, the petitioner was aged about 42 years. She had applied for the post of Lecturer in Music, in Government Arts and Science Colleges and Colleges of Education. Now 12 years have been gone and the petitioner was not aged about 54 years.
2. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition as the matter has become infructuous. Hence, this writ petition is closed as infructuous.
