JUDGMENT

(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

2.Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the appellant would be put to unnecessary litigation and process of enquiry when he has already filed a suit and therefore, such enquiry proceedings should not be permitted to go on. 3.The learned single Judge has not entertained the writ petition on the ground that whatever decision is taken by the civil Court will be binding on the authorities as well. 4.Having considered the submissions raised, we agree with what the learned single Judge has opined and therefore, without prejudice to the rights of the appellant in the pending suit, we see no reason to interfere in the matter.

The Writ Appeal is consigned to records with the said observations. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.7060 of 2020 is closed.
