Crl.M.P.No.2731 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.2731 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15711 of 2021 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN.J, This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time for two weeks to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15711 of 2022 dated 02.09.2021.

2. This Court on 02.09.2021, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of the Chairman/District Collector, District Mineral Foundation Trust of the concerned District.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that on 11.10.2021, the petitioner had deposited Rs.10,000/- as directed by this Court with some delay and hence, he has not able to execute the sureties before the concerned Court within a stipulated time.

5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court condoned the delay in payment of the conditional amount of Rs.10,000/- and directed the concerned Magistrate to accept the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
